Our organization and our members are about so much more than just the volunteer fire service. Stop back often as we feature our upcoming fundraisers and other events that demonstrate how we’re ‘fully involved’ in our community.
We’re proud to host Evans Youth Baseball on our property and donate several acres on which they play, a partnership we’ve supported for more than 50 years. We also sponsor a team each year and love to see these players develop on and off the field of play.- We host and proudly support several events and fundraisers for the Boys & Girls Club of Eden-Lake Shore – Dedicated to helping kids in our community BE GREAT!

- We host and charter Boy Scout Troop 528
- We are proud of our Fire Explorer Post 528 and the fine young adults they’re becoming, many of which go on to be firefighters, and some even go on to be fire chiefs!*
*BRAGGING RIGHTS: For the past 28 years and counting, at least one, and sometimes all three of our fire chiefs first started as Fire Explorers or Junior Firefighters — which is testament to the value of investing in our future by investing in our youth. (As of: 2019)
